Weight 400 g, 12-month shelf life
Mix the contents of the package (400 g) with 600 ml cold water and let sit for 10 minutes. Using a small spoon or tablespoon, form dumplings, drop into salted boiling water, and boil until they rise to the top, approx. 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the dumplings finish cooking in the hot water for 5-7 minutes. Strain, rinse with cold water, and serve with sautéed bacon, sauerkraut, etc.
