Bring 400 ml of water to a boil and remove from heat. You may add a tablespoon of butter, if desired. Add 150 ml of cold water. Mix the contents of the package into the prepared water. After letting it sit for 2 minutes, mix the mashed potatoes into a foam using a hand whisk.
