In a pot, mix 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of water, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add salt (1-2 teaspoons). You may add a tablespoon of butter, if desired. Add 200 ml cold water, mix in the contents of the package, and cover. After letting it sit for 2 minutes, mix the mashed potatoes into a foam using a hand whisk.
