Empty the contents of the package into a bowl and add approximately 400 ml of cold water. Mix well, and let stand for 2 minutes. Fry thin crepes in oil in a preheated pan. The crepes can be filled with marmalade, quark, spinach, or meat or mushroom fillings. The prepared batter makes approx. 8-10 crepes.
