Empty contents of package into a bowl, add 250-280 ml of cold water and knead thoroughly. Form the dough into an oblong roll, cut slices and roll flat into pancakes. Cook the pancakes in a pan with a small amount of oil (butter) until golden brown. The contents of the 250 g package makes approx. 10-12 pancakes. Preparation time approx. 20 minutes. AMYLONKA TIP: The pancakes may be used as a side dish to accompany meats, vegetables, or as separate meal. They are excellent as a sweet dish with marmalade and plain yoghurt.
